We offer refunds or replacements for:

📦 Items received incorrectly

👕 Products that arrive damaged or defective

🖨️ Items with a manufacturing or printing defect

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

To request a refund, contact us at support@fujisupply.co with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product if it arrived damaged or defective.

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
